摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)围术期治疗效果。方法选取2023年4月—2024年4月厦门市妇幼保健院收治的96例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,各48例。对照组用精蛋白人胰岛素注射液治疗,观察组用地特胰岛素注射液治疗,比较两组血糖水平、胰岛功能、新生儿Apgar评分。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数水平低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地特胰岛素注射液治疗对于GDM患者效果显著,能够有效地调控血糖水平和胰岛功能,提高新生儿身体健康状况。Objective To investigate the perioperative treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 96 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to differ⁃ent treatment methods,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with protamine human insulin injec⁃tion,and the observation group was treated with insulin detemir injection.The blood glucose level,islet function and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glu⁃cose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the homeostatic model assessment of isletβcell function index was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The Apgar score of newborns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin detemir injection has a significant effect on patients with GDM,which can effec⁃tively regulate blood glucose levels and islet function,and improve the health status of newborns.
