二甲双胍联合司美格鲁肽在糖尿病患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨二甲双胍联合司美格鲁肽在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2022年12月—2023年9月广州市花都区人民医院收治的120例糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据不同的治疗方法分为两组,各60例。对照组采用二甲双胍缓释片治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合司美格鲁肽治疗,比较两组糖脂代谢指标、胰岛素抵抗指标、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹胰岛素、空腹C肽、胰岛素抵抗指数水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍缓释片联合司美格鲁肽用于糖尿病患者中,有助于降低患者糖脂代谢水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,且未增加不良反应。Objective To explore the application effect of metformin combined with smeglutide in diabetic patients.Methods The clinical data of 120 diabetic patients admitted to Huadu District People's Hospital of Guangzhou from December 2022 to September 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin sustained-release tab⁃lets,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with semeglutide.The glucose and lipid metabo⁃lism indexes,insulin resistance indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglo⁃bin A1c,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting insulin,fasting C-peptide and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin sustained-release tablets combined with Semeglutide in diabetic patients can help reduce the level of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients,improve insulin resistance,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
