早期风险防范质控模式在预防糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者透析并发症中的作用

摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者采用早期风险防范质控模式的应用效果。方法选取2021年11月—2023年11月南京大学医学院附属盐城第一医院(盐城市第一人民医院)收治的96例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,按照护理方法不同将患者分为两组,各48例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用早期风险防范质控护理。对比两组自护能力评分、并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组自我护理能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病肾病患者进行血液透析时,采用早期风险防范质控模式,可提升患者的自护能力,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of early risk prevention quality control mode in maintenance hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 96 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to Yancheng First Hospital Affiliated of Nanjing University Medical School(Yancheng NO.1 People's Hospi⁃tal)from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.Patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nurs⁃ing,and the observation group was given early risk prevention and quality control nursing on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the self-care ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the hemodialysis of patients with diabetic nephropathy,the use of early risk prevention quality control mode can improve the patient's self-care ability and reduce the incidence of complications.
