摘　　要：文章基于2011—2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,选用空间杜宾模型考察新质生产力对低碳经济发展的影响效应与作用机制,并运用面板门槛模型探究绿色技术创新的门槛效应。结果表明:(1)新质生产力能够显著促进本省的低碳经济发展,但邻近省份新质生产力的提升会对本省低碳经济发展产生负向影响。(2)在东部地区,新质生产力的提升对本省和邻近省份均具有积极的促进作用;在中部地区,新质生产力的提升对邻近省份低碳经济发展的间接效应小于对本省的直接效应;在西部地区,新质生产力对低碳经济发展的直接推动作用较小。(3)新质生产力的发展对产业结构升级具有积极影响,并能够通过产业结构升级促进低碳经济发展。(4)新质生产力对低碳经济发展的影响存在显著的基于绿色技术创新的双重门槛效应,在绿色技术创新水平不同的省份,新质生产力对低碳经济发展的影响也不同。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022,this paper selects the spatial Durbin model to investigate the influence and mechanism of new quality productivity on the development of low-carbon economy,and uses the panel threshold model to explore the threshold effect of green technology innovation.The results go as the following:(1)New quality productivity can significantly promote the development of low-carbon economy in the province,but the improvement of new quality productivity in neighboring provinces will have a negative influence on the development of low-carbon economy in the province.(2)In the eastern region,the improvement of new quality productivity has a positive promoting effect on the province and the neighboring provinces;in the central region,the indirect effect of the improvement of new quality productivity on the development of low-carbon economy in neighboring provinces is smaller than the direct effect on the province;in the western region,the new quality productivity plays a smaller role in promoting the development of low-carbon economy.(3)The development of new quality productivity has a positive influence on the upgrading of industrial structure,and can promote the development of low-carbon economy through the upgrading of industrial structure.(4)The influence of new quality productivity on the development of low-carbon economy has a significant double threshold effect of green technology innovation.In provinces with different levels of green technology innovation,the influence of new quality productivity on the development of low-carbon economy is different.
