摘　　要：金融对外开放是实现高水平对外开放的重要途径,在加快构建新发展格局、实现中国式现代化过程中发挥着重要作用。文章深入解析金融对外开放的科学内涵,构建金融对外开放评价指标体系,以分析金融对外开放重点向制度型开放延伸的效果。同时,基于2013—2021年中国30个省份的面板数据测度中国金融对外开放水平,并分析不同省份的金融对外开放水平差异特征。研究结果表明:中国金融对外开放水平整体呈现逐步上升态势,区域层面存在显著的空间集聚性、较高程度的时空稳定性以及趋同收敛性。但各区域间金融对外开放水平的阶梯化差异仍较为明显,协调推进国内金融对外开放任重道远。Financial opening to the outside world is an important way to achieve a high-level of opening to the outside world,and it plays an important role in accelerating the construction of a new development pattern and realizing Chinese-style modernization.This paper deeply analyzes the scientific connotation of high-level financial opening to the outside world,and constructs an evaluation index system of opening to the outside world,so as to analyze the effect of extending the opening focus to institutional opening.At the same time,based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2021,the level of China’s financial opening to the outside world is measured,and the difference characteristics of financial opening to the outside world in different provinces are analyzed.The results are shown as below:The overall level of China’s financial opening to the outside world presents a gradually rising trend,and there is a significant spatial agglomeration,a high degree of temporal and spatial stability and convergence at the regional level.However,there are still obvious differences in the level of financial opening-up among different regions,and it is still a long way to go to coordinate the domestic financial opening-up.
