摘 要:针对常规压裂管柱压裂后需先起压裂管柱,再下入电潜泵生产管柱,压裂与返排间隔时间过长增加压裂液污染储层的风险,且其无法批量压裂,作业成本高等问题,研究了Y管压裂生产一体化管柱工艺。通过在Y接头内预置密封隔套的方式防止砂液进入电泵,压裂后通过钢丝作业可将密封隔套捞走,不影响后期的启泵。为了压裂时可监测环空压力同时保证电潜泵的顺利运行,研发了液控穿越隔离封隔器,该封隔器在压裂时不坐封,压裂后通过向地面的液控管线加液压完成该封隔器的坐封。通过对预置Y接头密封隔套总成进行数模和物模分析,得到该工具压裂后的打捞上提力约为2.65 kN。现场应用结果表明,该封隔器通过液控管线坐封,可减少2趟钢丝作业,缩短井口占用时间,也适用于设备不足的无人平台。研究结果可为我国海洋石油装备提供更多选择。In conventional fracturing,the fracturing string is pulled out of hole,and then the electrical submersible pump(ESP)production string is run in hole.In this process,the time interval between fracturing and flowback is long,imposing a higher risk of reservoir damage by fracturing fluid.Moreover,fracturing cannot be conducted in batches,resulting in high operation costs.To solve these problems,a Y-pipe fracturing-production integrated string was designed.The sand fluid was prevented from entering the ESP by presetting a sealing spacer in the Y-joint.After fracturing,the sealing spacer was fished by wireline,without affecting the later pump start-up.In order to monitor the annulus pressure during hydraulic fracturing and ensure the trouble-free operation of the ESP,a hydraulic control crossing isolation packer was developed.This packer was not set during fracturing,but set by applying hydraulic pressure to the surface hydraulic control pipeline after fracturing.Numerical and physical simulations were conducted on the sealing spacer assembly preset in the Y-joint,obtaining the post-fracturing fishing pick up force of the tool as about 2.65 kN.Field applications show that the packer is set by hydraulic control pipeline,can reduce two wireline operations and minimize wellhead occupation time,and is also suitable for unmanned platforms with insufficient equipment.The research results provide more choices for offshore petroleum equipment in China.
