摘　　要：目的:对华盛顿大学照顾者压力及益处感知量表(UW-CSS&UW-CBS)进行汉化,并在我国慢性病患儿家庭照顾者中进行信效度检验。方法:依据改良Brislin翻译模型对原量表进行翻译,通过专家函询和预调查对量表进行文化调试及修订,最终形成中文版UW-CSS&UW-CBS。选取2023年3月1日—7月31日在湖南省某三级甲等儿童专科医院内科片区5个科室接受治疗的311名慢性病患儿家庭照顾者进行调查,以评估中文版UW-CSS&UW-CBS的信效度。结果:中文版UW-CSS&UW-CBS的Cronbach′sα系数为0.929,中文版华盛顿大学照顾者压力感知量表(UW-CSS)共1个维度、18个条目,其Cronbach′sα系数为0.956,折半信度为0.921,重测信度为0.944;中文版华盛顿大学照顾者益处感知量表(UW-CBS)共1个维度、13个条目,其Cronbach′sα系数为0.932,折半信度为0.917,重测信度为0.901;中文版UW-CSS&UW-CBS量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.961,条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.889~1.000,中文版UW-CSS的S-CVI为0.936,中文版UW-CBS的S-CVI为1.000;中文版UW-CSS和中文版UW-CBS探索性因子分析均提取1个公因子,中文版UW-CSS特征值为11.649,累计方差贡献率为61.309%,中文版UW-CBS特征值为7.399,累计方差贡献率为56.915%;中文版UW-CSS与照顾者反应评估量表总分的相关系数为0.603(P<0.01);中文版UW-CBS与照顾者反应评估量表总分的相关系数为0.417(P<0.01)。结论:中文版UW-CSS&UW-CBS具有良好的信效度,可作为我国慢性病患儿家庭照顾者压力及益处感知水平的测量工具。Objective:To translate the University of Washington Caregiver Stress and Benefit Scales(UW-CSS&UW-CBS)and test its reliability and validity among family caregivers of children with chronic illnesses in China.Methods:The original scales were translated according to the modified Brislin model,and it was culturally adjusted and revised through Delphi expert consultation and pre-surveys,finally,the Chinese versions of UW-CSS&UW-CBS was formed.A total of 311 family caregivers of chronically ill children who were treated in 5 departments of the internal medicine ward of a tertiary grade A children′s specialty hospital in Hunan province were surveyed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of UW-CSS&UW-CBS from March 1 to July 31,2023.Results:The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the Chinese version of UW-CSS&UW-CBS was 0.929.The Chinese version of UW-CSS contained 18 entries in 1 dimension,and its Cronbach′s a coefficient was 0.956,the half-reliability was 0.921,the retest reliability was 0.944.The Chinese version of UW-CBS contained 13 entries in 1 dimension,and its Cronbach′sαcoefficient was 0.932,the half-reliability was 0.917,the retest reliability was 0.901.The scale-content validity index(S-CVI)of Chinese version of UW-CSS&UW-CBS was 0.961,and item-level content validity index(I-CVI)were from 0.889 to 1.000.The S-CVI of Chinese version of UW-CSS was 0.936,and the S-CVI of Chinese version of UW-CBS was 1.000.Both Chinese version of UW-CSS and Chinese version of UW-CBS extracted 1 common factor by exploratory factor analysis.The Chinese version of UW-CSS had an eigenroot value of 11.649,with variance contribution rate of 61.309%.The Chinese version of UW-CBS had an eigenroot value of 7.399,with cumulative variance contribution rate of 56.915%.The correlation coefficient between the total score of Chinese version of UW-CSS and Caregiver Reaction Assessment was 0.603(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient between the total score of Chinese version of UW-CBS and Caregiver Reaction Assessment was
