摘　　要：心力衰竭(HF)是一种涵盖心脏结构或功能问题的复杂临床综合征,极大地影响患者的生活质量并对其健康产生负面影响。在HF的多种表型中,射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)尤为棘手,其特点是左心室射血分数(LVEF)≥50%,但患者仍表现出HF症状。近年来,衰弱作为HFpEF患者的一个关键特征,引起了广泛关注。衰弱不仅与HFpEF的发病机制密切相关,而且对患者的预后有明显影响。本文通过回顾相关文献,分析了HFpEF患者衰弱发生情况、HFpEF合并衰弱的诊断与鉴别诊断及管理,以期为临床早期发现及治疗HFpEF合并衰弱患者提供参考。Heart failure(HF)is a complex clinical syndrome that covers structural or functional problems of the heart,which greatly affects patients'quality of life and negatively affects their health.Of the many phenotypes of HF,heart failure with ejection fraction preservation(HFpEF)is particularly troublesome,characterized by left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)≥50%,but patients still show HF symptoms.Frailty as a key feature of patients with HFpEF has attracted much attention in recent years.Frailty is not only closely related to the pathogenesis of HFpEF,but also has a significant impact on the prognosis of patients.By reviewing relevant literature,this paper analyzed the occurrence of frailty in HFpEF patients,the diagnosis and differential diagnosis and management of HFpEF combined with frailty,in order to provide references for early clinical detection and treatment of HFpEF combined with frailty patients.
