中医药通过抑制氧化应激防治糖尿病大血管病变的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病大血管病变是糖尿病主要的并发症之一,其主要包括糖尿病性脑血管疾病、糖尿病性冠心病和糖尿病性腹主动脉瘤等。氧化应激指机体受到各种有害刺激时无法通过自身抗氧化能力来维持供氧平衡状态而发生的生物学反应。当氧化应激损伤的程度超过机体防御能力时,机体会发生细胞和组织损伤,从而促进血管病变的发生。此时,细胞会采取一系列防御措施,如产生自由基清除酶,但当机体抗氧化防御机制失去平衡时,就会导致炎症反应和血管收缩、扩张功能受到抑制。近年来中医药在糖尿病及其并发症的防治中受到了广泛关注。本文阐述了氧化应激在糖尿病大血管病变形成过程中的作用,并总结了中药单药、中药复方通过调控氧化应激防治糖尿病大血管病变的研究进展,以期为糖尿病大血管病变的中医药治疗提供思路。Diabetic macroangiopathy is one of the main complications of diabetes.It mainly includes diabetes cerebrovascular disease,diabetes coronary heart disease and diabetes abdominal aortic aneurysm.Oxidative stress refers to the biological response that occurs when the body is subjected to various harmful stimuli and unable to maintain oxygen balance through its own antioxidant capacity.When the degree of oxidative stress damage exceeds the body's defense capacity,cellular and tissue damage occurs,thereby promoting the occurrence of vascular disease.At this point,cells will take a series of defense measures,such as producing free radical scavenging enzymes.However,when the body's antioxidant defense mechanism loses balance,it can lead to inflammation and inhibition of vascular contraction and dilation functions.Traditional Chinese medicine has received extensive attention in the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications in recent years.This article expounds the role of oxidative stress in the formation of diabetes macroangiopathy,and summarizes the research progress of the prevention and treatment of diabetes macroangiopathy by regulating oxidative stress with single and compound Chinese medicine,in order to provide ideas for the treatment of diabetes macroangiopathy with traditional Chinese medicine.
