乳腺治疗仪联合热敷治疗产妇乳汁淤积的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究乳腺治疗仪联合热敷治疗产妇乳汁淤积的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月-2023年3月在安福县妇幼保健院诊治的70例乳汁淤积产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组35例。对照组采用热敷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予乳腺治疗仪治疗,比较两组临床疗效、乳房疼痛评分(VAS)、炎性因子水平[C-反应蛋白(CRP)与白细胞计数(WBC)]、生活质量评分(SF-36)、乳腺硬块消失时间、乳腺管疏通时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组CRP、WBC均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组SF-36评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组乳腺硬块消失时间、乳腺管疏通时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺治疗仪联合热敷治疗产妇乳汁淤积效果确切,可提高总有效率,缩短乳腺硬块、乳腺管疏通时间,减轻产妇疼痛度,降低炎性因子水平,提高产妇生活质量水平。Objective To study the clinical effect of breast therapeutic apparatus combined with hot compress in the treatment of galactostasis.Methods From January 2021 to March 2023,70 parturients with galactostasis diagnosed and treated in Anfu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 parturients in each group.The control group was treated with hot compress,and the observation group was treated with breast therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,breast pain score(VAS),inflammatory factor levels[C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count(WBC)],quality of life score(SF-36),breast lump disappearance time,and breast tube dredging time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CRP and WBC of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of breast lumps and the dredging time of breast duct in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast therapeutic apparatus combined with hot compress has a definite effect on the treatment of galactostasis,which can improve the total effective rate,shorten the time of breast lumps and breast duct dredging,reduce maternal pain,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the quality of life of pregnant women.
