经皮冠状动脉介入治疗联合比索洛尔治疗急性心肌梗死的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:采用经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)联合比索洛尔对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者心肌电生理、心功能的影响。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年10月青岛大学附属医院收治的AMI患者106例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为联合组与PCI组,每组53例。PCI组采用PCI治疗,联合组在PCI组基础上联合比索洛尔治疗。比较两组临床治疗总有效率、心肌电生理与心功能指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组总有效率高于PCI组(P=0.008);治疗后,两组QT离散度与JT离散度均低于治疗前,且联合组低于PCI组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组左心室舒张末期容积、左心室收缩末期容积低于治疗前,左室射血分数高于治疗前,且联合组优于PCI组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率低于PCI组(P=0.043)。结论:PCI联合比索洛尔治疗急性心肌梗死的效果显著,能改善患者心肌电生理及心功能指标,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the effects of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)combined with bisoprolol on myocardial electrophysiology and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:A total of one hundred and six patients with AMI admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into combination group and PCI group by random number table method,with fifty-three cases in each group.PCI group was treated with PCI,and combination group was treated with bisoprolol on the basis of PCI group.The total effective rate,myocardial electrophysiology and cardiac function indexes,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of PCI group(P=0.008);after treatment,QT dispersion and JT dispersion in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the combined group was lower than PCI group(P<0.05);after treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume in both groups were lower than before treatment,and left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than before treatment,and the combination group was better than PCI group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was lower than that in PCI group(P=0.043).Conclusion:PCI combined with bisoprolol has a significant effect in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction,which can improve myocardial electrophysiology and cardiac function indexes and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
