摘　　要：回顾分析1例嵌合抗原受体修饰的T细胞治疗过程中出现严重腮腺炎并窦道形成的案例。充分评估伤口情况,多种清创方式相结合清除伤口坏死组织;亲水纤维银敷料外敷促进伤口愈合;加强全身营养支持及抗感染治疗;给予心理支持及舒适护理。经过精心治疗和护理,患者伤口痊愈。A case of severe parotitis and sinus formation during treatment and nursing with chimeric antigen receptor modified T cells was reviewed.The condition of the wound was fully evaluated and multiple debridement methods to remove necrotic tissue from the wound were combined.The hydrophilic fiber silver dressing was applied externally to promote wound healing.Systemic nutritional support and anti-infection treatment were strengthened.Psychological support and comfort care were provided.After careful treatment and care,the patient's wound was healed.
