加速康复外科理念在混合痔外剥内扎术患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析加速康复外科理念在混合痔外剥内扎术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月贵州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的120例拟行混合痔外剥内扎术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用加速康复外科理念护理。对比两组手术时间、伤口愈合时间、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、护理满意度、并发症发生情况。结果:研究组手术时间、伤口愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.001)。干预后,两组SDS、SAS评分均下降,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。研究组肛门坠胀、肛缘水肿、排便困难发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加速康复外科理念在混合痔外剥内扎术患者中的应用效果理想,可减轻患者负面情绪,缩短手术时间,促进伤口愈合,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical concept in patients undergoing external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for proposed mixed hemorrhoid external stripping and internal ligation from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,each with sixty cases.The control group used conventional nursing,and the study group used accelerated rehabilitation surgical concept nursing.The operation time,wound healing time,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,nursing care satisfaction,and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and wound healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.001).After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups decreased,and the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing care satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of anal swelling,anal rim edema,and defecation difficulty of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgical concept in patients with mixed hemorrhoidal external stripping and internal ligation has an ideal effect,which can reduce the negative emotions of patients,shorten the operation time,promote the wound healing,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the satisfaction of nursing care.
