摘　　要：分析1例2023年9月5日广西壮族自治区江滨医院收治的人感染猪链球菌病患者护理案例,总结分期护理措施及其预后。加强针对性护理干预后,该患者体温、意识较前有改善,维持镇静镇痛肌松,维持呼吸机辅助呼吸。人感染猪链球菌病后中毒性休克综合征发生风险高,需要做好对患者的抗感染护理、营养支持护理、气道护理、皮肤护理等。To analyze a nursing case of a patient admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Jiangbin Hospital with human infection of porcine streptococcal disease on September 5,2023,and to summarize the staged nursing measures and their prognosis.After strengthening targeted nursing interventions,this patient's temperature and consciousness improved compared with the previous one,maintaining sedation and analgesia myosin,and maintaining ventilator-assisted respiration.The risk of toxic shock syndrome after human infection with porcine streptococcal disease is high,and it is necessary to do a good job of antiinfective care,nutritional support care,airway care,skin care and so on.
