摘 要:目的:探讨心理减压法在手术室护士职业压力管理中的应用效果。方法:选取云南省滇南中心医院(红河州第一人民医院)2023年1—6月在岗的手术室护士33名进行研究,2023年1—3月实施常规管理模式为实施前,2023年3—6月实施心理减压管理模式为实施后。比较不同时期护士职业倦怠评分、压力反应及压力知觉评分、职业压力源量表评分、应对方式评分。结果:实施后,护士职业倦怠评分、压力反应及压力知觉评分、各项职业压力源量表评分均低于实施前,应对方式中解决问题、求助、合理化评分均高于实施前,自责、退避、幻想评分均低于实施前(P<0.001)。结论:心理减压法可以有效减轻手术室护士职业倦怠、职业压力和压力反应,提高其自我效能和应对能力。Objective:To explore the application effect of psychological stress reduction method in occupational stress management of operating room nurses.Methods:Thirty-three operating room nurses who were on duty from January to June 2023 in Southern Central Hospital of Yunnan Province(the First People's Hospital of Honghe State),Yunnan Province,were selected for the study.The routine management model was implemented from January to March 2023 as the pre-implementation period,and the psychological stress reduction management model was implemented from March to June 2023 as the post-implementation period.Nurses'burnout scores,stress response and stress perception scores,occupational stressor scale scores,and coping style scores were compared at different times.Results:After implementation,nurses'burnout scores,stress response and stress perception scores,and scores on various occupational stressors scales were lower than those of pre-implementation;scores on problem solving,help-seeking,and rationalization were higher than those of pre-implementation,and scores on self-blame,withdrawal,and fantasizing were lower than those of pre-implementation(P<0.001).Conclusion:Psychological stress reduction method can effectively reduce burnout,occupational stress and stress response of operating room nurses,and improve their self-efficacy and coping ability.
