摘　　要：目的:观察针刺攒竹穴联合干扰电治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者坐骨神经疼痛的作用。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年12月就诊于上海市徐汇区田林街道社区卫生服务中心中医康复科门诊的腰椎间盘突出症伴坐骨神经痛患者170例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组85例。对照组给予干扰电治疗,治疗组给予干扰电联合针刺攒竹穴治疗,1次/d,5次/周,治疗2周。观察患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分的变化情况,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组脱落6例,对照组脱落4例,治疗组总有效率为91.14%(72/79),高于对照组的74.07%(60/81,P<0.05)。治疗后两组JOA、ODI及VAS评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺攒竹穴联合干扰电治疗能有效减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者的坐骨神经痛,改善其腰椎功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture at Cuanzhu acupoint combined with interference electricity on sciatica in the patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:One hundred and seventy patients with lumbar disc herniation accompanied with sciatica who visited the Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Clinic of Tianlin Community Health Service Center in Xuhui District,Shanghai from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 85 patients in each group.The control group received interference electricity therapy,while the treatment group received interference electricity combined with acupuncture at Cuanzhu acupoint once a day,5 times a week,for 2 weeks.The changes of pain visual analog scale scores(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association treatment score(JOA),and Oswestry functional impairment index(ODI)were observed before and after treatment to evaluate clinical efficacy.Results:There were 6 cases of dropout in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.14%(72/79),which was higher than that 74.07%(60/81,P<0.05)in the control group.After treatment,JOA,ODI and VAS scores in both groups were improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Cuanzhu acupoint combined with interference electricity can effectively reduce sciatica in patients with lumbar disc herniation,and improve their lumbar function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
