摘　　要：本文系统梳理了“面向时代发展和现实需求的图书馆专业化再认识”学术研讨会与会代表发言的基本内容和核心观点。(1)图书馆学是图书馆专业化的理性基础,回望历史,展望未来,图书馆学应“有所为”和“有所不为”;(2)图书馆事业蓬勃发展需要专业化,主要表现为新情况新问题呼唤专业化、行政化倾向影响专业化、社会化发展冲击专业化、理论难以指导实践阻碍专业化;(3)图书馆专业化最重要的是解决人才队伍建设的问题,人才队伍建设困境是图书馆专业化的核心阻力;(4)面向时代发展和现实需求,应以图书馆学和图书馆事业融通作为推动图书馆专业化的行动路径,树立科学的专业化理念、提高显示度和话语权、以专业人才队伍建设作为突破口。参考文献14。This paper reviews the symposium on“Re recognition of Library Specialization Facing the Era Development and Realistic Needs”,jointly hosted by the Research Center for Humanities and Social Computing of Nanjing Agricultural University and the Editorial Department of the Journal of Library Science in China.The viewpoints of the representatives can be summarized as follows.First,library science is the foundation of library specialization.Looking back at history and forward to the future,library science should“act where action is due”and“refrain where restraint is wise”.For example,library science education should cultivate talents for the librarianship,and library science research should focus on the real problems in the practical field,rather than on the literature.Second,the development of librarianship requires specialization,evident in several key areas:1)New situations and problems call for specialization,such as the application of AI technology in library cataloging services,which requires further optimization.2)The tendency of administration affects specialization,including influencing the appointment of library directors.3)The socialization development impacts specialization,with some libraries even sacrificing specialization.4)Libraryscience research is disconnected from practice,making it challenging for research to guide practical applications effectively.Third,the critical thing for library specialization is addressing the dilemma of talent team construction,primarily reflected in the following areas:The insufficient appeal of library science as a major,the small number of practitioners with background in library science,and the disconnection between talent training and work needs.Fourth,in response to era development and realistic needs,the integration of library science and librarianship should be taken as the action path to promote the library specialization:1)Establisha scientific concept of library specializationFor example,library science should be based on library practice,with the fun
