摘 要:肠道菌群-宿主代谢轴的定义为能够将一组特定的宿主细胞信号通路与一系列的肠道菌群种类、亚生态系统、菌群代谢活动联系在一起的多向的、相互影响的化学信号高速联通途径。人类许多疾病与肠道菌群失衡有关,即与肠道菌群的组成和功能改变有关。本文介绍肠道菌群分类方法,重点叙述细菌代谢及代谢物失调的原因和后果,特别是与多种肠道疾病的关联,并对以菌群代谢物为作用靶点的新的肠道疾病诊疗途径开发前景作了展望。The gut microbiota-host metabolic axis is defined as a group of high-speed multi-disciplinary,interactive chemical signal pathways that link a specific host cell pathway to a series of gut microbiome species,subecosystems and metabolic activities.Many diseases are related to intestinal microbiota disorders(alterations of the composition or functions of the intestinal microbiota).The present article focus on the gut flora dysfunction classification,the causes and consequences of the dysfunction of intestinal metabolites,as well as their roles in the molecular etiology of various intestinal diseases.Meanwhile,novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches targeting microbiota and its metabolites are also discussed.
