摘　　要：重要农业文化遗产保护注重在地资源统筹,强调“外引内生”聚合转换的实践运行逻辑,可望成为提升农业韧性新的着力点。文章基于我国2009—2021年30个省份的面板数据,在考察重要农业文化遗产保护与农业韧性时空演变特征的基础上,运用双向固定效应模型实证分析了重要农业文化遗产保护对农业韧性的影响效应与作用路径。研究发现:(1)重要农业文化遗产认定数量与农业韧性水平在研究期内稳步提升,二者在空间分布上均经历了从“地区分化”到“均衡发展”的转变。(2)重要农业文化遗产保护显著提升了农业韧性。(3)农村金融支持与工商资本下乡是重要农业文化遗产保护提升农业韧性的主要渠道;而与传统认知不同的是,财政支农投入并没有在重要农业文化遗产保护影响农业韧性的过程中发挥应有作用,这可能与当前政府对于遗产保护的财政支农投入力度有限存在一定关联。The protection of Important Agricultural Heritage Systems is expected to become a new focus for improving agricultural resilience with its practical operation logic of focusing on the overall planning of local resources and emphasizing the conversion and transformation of"external introduction and internal growth".Based on the panel data of 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2009 to 2021,this article investigates the spatio-temporal evolution pattern of Important Agricultural Heritage Systems protection and agricultural resilience,and empirically analyzes the effects and pathways of Important Agricultural Heritage Systems protection on agricultural resilience using a two-way fixed effects model.The findings reveal that:1)The number of Important Agricultural Heritage Systems and the level of agricultural resilience increased steadily in 2009-2021,the spatial distribution of both experienced a change from"regional differentiation"to"balanced development".2)The protection of Important Agricultural Heritage Systems significantly enhances the agricultural resilience.3)Rural financial support and the influx of industrial and commercial capital into rural areas are the primary channels to protect Important Agricultural Heritage Systems and improve agricultural resilience.However,fiscal input for agriculture support did not play its role in the process of affecting the agriculture resilience in the protection of Important Agricultural Heritage Systems,which may be related to the limited financial input of the current government for Important Agricultural Heritage Systems.
