摘　　要：国际传播概念源于早期对外新闻传播事业,而资本主义的增殖和扩张逻辑是该概念普及化的根本动力。这一概念的普遍化过程是核心国家将资本主义传播范式投射至边缘国家的过程,也是现行国际传播体系形成的缩影,反映了“核心-半边缘-边缘”的权力结构。在这一体系培育下,战争宣传、发展传播学和依附理论等使国际传播实践进一步偏离了交流的本质。为革除现行体系的弊端,构建新型国际传播体系具有理论可能性:资本主义理论框架的内在矛盾表明,现有国际传播体系是阶段性的,世界交往作为人类全面解放的关键前提在本质上与资本主义体系存在冲突。“和”思想作为元理论,为评估和反思现有的国际传播理论提供了有效视角,使国际传播得以回归其本质。在此基础上,“中国式现代化”成为构建新型国际传播体系的理论路径。中国式现代化故事所构建的理论、话语及其实践将为国际传播的体系再造注入新动能。This study reviews the evolution of international communication.The findings indicate that this concept originated from early journalism aimed at foreign audiences.The logic of capitalist accumulation and expansion served as the fundamental impetus for its popularization.This process represents the projection of the capitalist communication paradigm from core nations to peripheral ones,reflecting the core-semiperiphery-periphery power structure.Practices such as war propaganda,development communication,and dependency theory have further sidetracked international communication from its essence of exchanges.To address the deficiencies of the prevailing system,this study theoretically analyzes the construction of a new international communication framework.The inherent contradictions within the capitalist theoretical framework suggest that the existing system is transitional.Global interaction,crucial for humanity's comprehensive liberation,is inherently at odds with capitalism.The thought of Harmony,as a meta-theory,provides an effective perspective for evaluating existing international communication theories,allowing the field to return to its essence.Based on this,the"Chinese path to modernization"emerges as a theoretical pathway for constructing a new type of international communication system.Theories,discourses,and practices derived from this narrative offer fresh impetus for the reconstructionof theinternational communication system.
