论数字资本的多重属性

摘　　要：数字经济在全球经济中已占据突出地位,全面阐述和分析数字资本的质的特性成为迫切的任务。本文论证的数字资本是一个包含多重属性的复合范畴。数字资本从已有的基本资本形态,即生产资本、商业资本、货币资本中分化并独立出来,是具有生产资本、商业资本、货币资本多重属性的复合型资本。数字资本的多重属性不是无机的并列,而是在相互间存在有机融合。在此基础上,数字资本与先前占有突出地位的金融资本相结合,起着相互促进的作用。数字资本的特殊性就在于它的这种多重属性,基于此,数字经济才能够达成垄断-生态级平台效应,从而显著地实现相对于其他经济类型的增殖优势。本文关于数字资本的多重属性的解释深化了对数字资本本质及其影响的认识。The digital economy has occupied a prominent position in the global economy and it has become an urgent task to comprehensively elaborate the qualitative characteristics of digital capital.What is digital capital?What is its relationship with the existing capital forms such as production capital,commercial capital,monetary capital,and financial capital?These questions are what we must think about and study if we want to deeply understand the nature of digital capital and its evolution.As the digital economy covers a lot of fields and those fields continue to expand and become more complex,it is difficult to clearly define its specific category and explore its inherent attributes.Existing literature either does not take the discussion on the attributes of digital capital as the core and direct theme of the full text,or only involves it from the perspective of one or two characteristics,but does not make a comprehensive discussion on the multiple attributes of digital capital and its internal relations.Marx put forward the important judgment that the division of labor is“the category of all categories of political economy”.He analyzed the relationship among commodities,money,and capital from the historical materialist perspective of the law of the social division of labor,so that the generation and development of commodities,money,and capital is with the underlying historical and logical support.Lenin emphasized the development of the social division of labor and revealed the law of cooperation and combination between different sectors of capital.Based on the universality of digital means and factors of production,the three basic forms of capital,namely,production capital,commercial capital,and monetary capital,while being independently used,are also within certain connections:interoperability and dependence.On this basis,a considerable part of the production and operation activities that focus on the digital production mode turns gradually independent under the law of division and cooperation and is embodied a
