摘　　要：本研究聚焦于工程管理项目前期规划阶段的投资控制。明确指出此阶段对项目整体投资成效至关重要。阐述了投资控制的关键要点,涵盖精准的项目需求分析、合理的规划方案制定、准确的成本估算等方面和。通过对这些要点及方法的剖析,旨在为工程管理项目在前期规划阶段实现有效的投资控制,提升项目投资效益提供理论依据与实践指导。This study focuses on the investment control in the pre-planning phase of the engineering management project.It is clear that this stage is crucial to the overall investment effect of the project.The key points of investment control are expounded,covering accurate project demand analysis,reasonable planning scheme formulation,accurate cost estimation and other aspects.Through the analysis of these key points and methods,it aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the project management project to achieve effective investment control in the early planning stage and improve the investment benefit of the project.
