摘 要:近年来大学生职业规划教育日益受到重视。本研究以大学生为对象,探讨了职业成熟度与职业生涯规划教育之间的关联性。研究采用问卷调查法和相关性分析法,选取了500名大学生进行调查。结果表明,职业成熟度与职业生涯规划教育呈正相关(r=0.76,p<0.01),说明职业生涯规划教育能有效提高大学生的职业成熟度。此外,通过回归分析发现,职业生涯规划教育对大学生职业成熟度的解释力达到45%。由以上结果可知,加强和改进职业生涯规划教育是提高大学生职业成熟度的重要途径。本研究结果可为高等教育机构在职业教育实施与优化方面提供理论依据和实践指导。In recent years,career planning education for college students has received increasing attention.This study focuses on college students and explores the correlation between career maturity and career planning education.The study used questionnaire survey and correlation analysis to select 500 college students for investigation.The results showed a positive correlation between career maturity and career planning education(r=0.76,p<0.01),indicating that career planning education can effectively improve the career maturity of college students.In addition,through regression analysis,it was found that career planning education has an explanatory power of 45%for college students'career maturity.From the above results,it can be concluded that strengthening and improving career planning education is an important way to enhance the career maturity of college students.The results of this study can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for higher education institutions in the implementation and optimization of vocational education.
