边疆地区高校大学生网络法治意识培育路径探析——以新疆南疆T大学为例

摘　　要：网络法治建设关系着国家安全、社会稳定和公民权益,在全面依法治疆背景下,培育和提升南疆高校大学生的网络法治意识,是应对网络社会风险、维护学生切身利益的需要,是为党育人、为国育才的需要,更是把依法治疆各项任务落到实处,努力开创法治新疆建设新局面的需要。运用实地访谈和问卷调查法研究发现:当前南疆高校大学生网络法治认知较片面、家庭网络法治教育缺位、高校网络法治教育缺乏系统性、校园网络空间有待进一步净化。针对南疆高校大学生网络法治意识培育存在的薄弱环节,需从学生个体、家庭、学校、社会四个方面同向发力,协同育人,不断提升南疆高校大学生网络法治意识,助力全面依法治疆取得实效。The construction of network rule of law is related to national security,social stability,and citizens'rights and interests.In the context of comprehensive rule of law in Xinjiang,cultivating and enhancing the awareness of network rule of law among college students in southern Xinjiang is necessary to cope with the risks of the network society,safeguard the vital interests of students,cultivate talents for the Party and the country,and implement various tasks of rule of law in Xinjiang,striving to create a new situation in the construction of rule of law in Xinjiang.Through field interviews and questionnaire surveys,it was found that the current awareness of online legal education among college students in southern Xinjiang is relatively one-sided,there is a lack of family online legal education,there is a lack of systematic online legal education in universities,and the campus online space needs further purification.In response to the weak links in cultivating the awareness of network rule of law among college students in southern Xinjiang,it is necessary to work together from the four aspects of individual students,families,schools,and society to continuously improve the awareness of network rule of law among college students in southern Xinjiang,and help achieve practical results in comprehensive rule of law in Xinjiang.
