摘　　要：本文是国内第一部国家级关于肝移植后胆道并发症诊疗的专家共识。肝移植是终末期肝病的最有效治疗手段,胆道并发症是肝移植术后最常见的外科并发症,严重影响受者的存活率和生活质量,被称为肝移植的"阿喀琉斯之踵"。然而,国内目前尚无统一的肝移植术后胆道并发症诊疗规范。为此,中华医学会器官移植学分会围手术期管理学组结合国内外已有文献和各移植中心经验,遵照循证医学原则,并进行深入论证,制定了《中国肝移植术后胆道并发症诊疗专家共识(2024版)》,旨在对肝移植术后胆道并发症的预防和规范诊疗提出合理化建议,以优化诊疗流程,进一步改善肝移植受者的术后存活率,提高其生活质量。This article is the first national expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of biliary complications after liver transplantation in China.Liver transplantation is the most effective treatment for end-stage liver disease.While biliary complications are the most common surgical complications after liver transplantation,which likes the Achilles'heel of liver transplantation may significantly lower the survival rate and quality-of-life in recipients.However,there is currently no unified diagnosis and treatment standard for biliary complications after liver transplantation in China.To propose practical suggestions on preventing and managing biliary complications after liver transplantation and improving clinical outcomes,and further improve the postoperative survival rate of liver transplant recipients,Perioperative Management Group of Chinese Society of Organ Transplantation has developed the"Chinese expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of biliary complications after liver transplantation(edition 2024)"based on existing literature and the experience of various transplant centers at home and abroad,following the principles of evidence-based medicine,and conducting in-depth discussions.
