摘　　要：本文是中国国内第一部针对脑死亡潜在器官捐献者的重症医学管理专家共识。大多数移植器官来源于脑死亡潜在器官捐献供者,通过实施恰当的管理策略可以保护该类供者的器官功能,最大限度地提高获取器官的可能性,然而目前国内尚缺乏针对脑死亡潜在器官捐献者的管理指南或共识。有鉴于此,国家人体捐献器官获取质量控制中心器官捐献者维护亚专业专家组参考国内外文献,撰写了《脑死亡潜在器官捐献者重症医学管理专家共识(2024版)》。本共识基于国内外脑死亡器官捐献管理的循证医学证据,并经过多次研讨达成一致意见后撰写成文,为脑死亡潜在器官捐献者的管理提供参考。This article is the first expert consensus on critical care management for potential organ donors with brain death in China.Currently a large majority of transplanted organs are sourced from brain-dead donors.Implementing effective management strategies is crucial in safeguarding the functionality of harvested organs and optimizing the likelihood of successful organ procurement.Nevertheless,there is still no established guideline or consensus regarding the management of potential brain-dead organ donors in China.Consequently,our team has drafted"Chinese expert consensus on critical care management of potential organ donors after brain death(edition 2024)"after a comprehensive review of both domestic and international literatures.Drawing upon evidence-based medical practices,this expert consensus was developed through extensive deliberations and consultations.Its primary objective was to offer recommendations for managing brain-dead organ donors in China.
