摘　　要：新时代大学创新创业教育的使命在于培养符合党和国家需要的高素质、创新型和劳动型人才。大学创新创业教育培养劳动精神契合创新创业实践的需要、创新创业教育本质的需求和大学生全面发展的要求。在创新创业教育实践中,培养“勤俭、奋斗、创新、奉献”的劳动精神至关重要,培育勤俭美德是创新创业教育的重要基础,筑牢艰苦奋斗信念是创新创业教育的核心要义,铸就创新实践品格是创新创业教育的时代底色,弘扬奉献精神是创新创业的最终追求。为确保劳动精神培养深入人心、取得实效,应遵循教育性、协同性和载体性的教学原则。此外,大学需要通过提升认知境界、拓展教育维度、搭建育人平台等路径,进行精细规划与有效施策,使劳动精神成为大学创新创业教育激励青年学子的强大精神动力。The mission of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities in the new era lies in cultivating high-quality,innovative,and labor-oriented talents that comply with the requirements of the Party and the state.The cultivation of the labor spirit in university innovation and entrepreneurship education meets the needs of innovation and entrepreneurship practice,the essence of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the requirements for the all-round development of college students.In the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education,it is of great significance to cultivate the labor spirit of“diligence and thrift,struggle,innovation,dedication”.Cultivating the virtue of thrift is an important foundation of innovation and entrepreneurship education,reinforcing the belief of arduous struggle is the core essence of it,shaping the character of innovative practice is the contemporary feature of it,and promoting the spirit of dedication is the ultimate pursuit of it.To ensure that the cultivation of the labor spirit is deeply ingrained and yields practical results,educational,collaborative,and carrier-based teaching principles should be adhered to.Additionally,universities need to embark on paths such as enhancing cognitive levels,expanding educational dimensions,and establishing educational platforms,and conduct meticulous planning and effective policy implementation,so that the labor spirit becomes a powerful spiritual impetus that inspires young students in university innovation and entrepreneurship education.
