摘 要:由于稠油黏度大,流动性差,给其开采带来了较大的困难和挑战,因此稠油降黏成为提高其采收率的关键所在。本研究针对超稠油开采制备了一种纳米驱油剂。研究结果表明,该纳米驱油剂在1%的体积分数条件下对超稠油的降黏率可达99%;具有较好的耐温抗盐性能,在30 000 mg/L矿化度,350℃条件下其降黏率大于90%,适用于大部分热采油藏,同时其在50℃条件下可持续有效3个月以上;该纳米驱油剂可有效降低油水界面张力至低界面张力范围(<10^(-2)mN/m);动态吸附实验表明,1%纳米驱油剂的动态吸附量为0.745 mg/g砂,吸附损失量低于1 mg/g砂,符合现场应用对表面活性剂吸附损失要求。Due to its high viscosity and poor fluidity,heavy oil poses significant difficulties and challenges in its recovery.Therefore,reducing viscosity of heavy oil has become the key to improving its recovery rate.In this study,a nano oil displacement agent was prepared and its performance was evaluated.The research results indicate that the nano oil displacement agent can achieve a viscosity reduction rate of 99%for ultra heavy oil at a concentration of 1%;It has good temperature resistance and salt resistance,with a viscosity reduction rate of over 90%under conditions of mineralization of 30000 mg/L and 350℃.It is suitable for most thermal recovery oil reservoirs,and can continue to be effective for more than 3 months under 50℃conditions;This nano oil displacement agent can effectively reduce the interfacial tension between oil and water to a low interfacial tension range(<10^(-2) mN/m);The dynamic adsorption experiment shows that the dynamic adsorption capacity of 1%nano oil displacement agent is 0.745 mg/g sand,and the adsorption loss is lower than 1mg/g sand,which meets the requirements for surface active agent adsorption loss in on-site applications.
