摘 要:采用直接回流的工艺提取头发中的辅酶Q_(10),研究不同的提取条件对辅酶Q_(10)提取量的影响,并采用正交试验对提取液的料液比,温度,时间进行优化,确定头发中辅酶Q_(10)的最佳提取条件。结果表明,以无水乙醇为提取试剂,其直接回流的最佳提取条件为料液比1∶10(g∶mL),温度80℃,时间为120 min。在此条件下,头发中提取的辅酶Q_(10)最大量为0.726 3μg/g,RSD为1.86%;辅酶Q_(10)的平均回收率为94.21%,RSD为4.42%。Direct reflux process was used to extract coenzyme Q_(10)from hair,and the influence of different extraction conditions on the extraction amount of Coenzyme Q_(10) was studied.Orthogonal test was used to optimize the solid-liquid ratio,temperature and time of the extraction solution,so as to determine the best extraction conditions of coenzyme Q_(10) from hair.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were solid-liquid ratio 1∶10(g∶mL),temperature 80℃ and time 120 min with anhydrous ethanol as extraction reagent.Under these conditions,the maximum amount of coenzyme Q_(10) extracted from hair was 0.7263μg/g,and the RSD was 1.86%.The average recovery of Coenzyme Q_(10) was 94.21% and RSD was 4.42%.
