原子吸收光谱法测定三碘化铑中铑含量

摘  要:样品经浓酸溶解后,用过氧化氢除去有机物和碘,配成适当浓度的溶液,采用原子吸收分光光度计在空气-乙炔贫燃火焰中喷雾,以铑空心阴极灯为光源,在345.3 nm波长下测量试样的吸光度,运用标准曲线法定量样品中铑的含量。经过验证,此方法六次测定同一样品相对标准偏差小于0.5%,加标回收率在98.4%~101.8%之间,检出限为0.027 mg/L,同时本分析方法操作简便,测定速度快,完全可以满足三碘化铑中铑含量的测定要求。After the sample was dissolved in concentrated acid,organic matter and iodine were removed by hydrogen peroxide,and the solution was prepared at an appropriate concentration.The sample was sprayed into the air-acetylene lean flame atomization system of an atomic absorption spectrometer using a hollow cathode lamp as the light source,and the absorbance was measured at 345.3 nm wavelength.The amount of rhodium in the sample was quantified using a standard curve.After verification,the relative standard deviation of the six determinations of the same sample was less than 0.5%,the recovery rate was between 98.4%~101.8%,the detection limit was 0.027 mg/L,and the method was simple to operate and fast to determine,which could meet the requirements for the determination of rhodium content in triiodide rhodium.
