摘  要:采用酸化吹气装置结合全自动流动注射分析仪对海洋沉积物中硫化物进行测定。分析了流动注射分光光度法的检出限、精密度、准确度。结果表明:线性范围为0.05~2.00 mg/L,检出限为0.035 mg/kg,测定上限为40 mg/kg,加标回收率为81.0%~104%之间,相对标准偏差为1.5%~3.6%。将流动注射分光光度法和国标方法亚甲基蓝分光光度法进行比对,结果表明,流动注射分光光度法测定海洋沉积物中的硫化物具有分析速度快,检出限低,测定范围大,试剂消耗量小等特点,适合大批量样品的检测。Sulphide in Marine sediments was determined by acidizing and blowing apparatus combined with automatic flow injection analyzer.The detection limit,precision and accuracy of flow injection spectrophotometry were analyzed.The results showed that the linear range was 0.05~2.00 mg/L,the detection limit was 0.035 mg/kg,the upper limit was 40 mg/kg,the recoveries were 81.0%~104%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.5%~3.6%.The results show that the flow injection method has the characteristics of fast analysis speed,low detection limit,large measurement range and small reagent consumption,so it is suitable for the detection of large quantities of samples.
