摘 要:煤制乙二醇产品质量目前还未能得到聚酯行业的充分认可,主要原因在于煤制乙二醇存在特有的杂质,虽然GB/T 4649—2018增加了煤制乙二醇杂质检测项目,但在未能清楚是什么物质对聚酯品质产生影响的情况下,对上下游行业仍缺乏“权威性”的指引。针对煤制乙二醇杂质与工艺条件相关性进行了分析,结合乙二醇产品质量指标对聚酯品质造成的影响,对乙二醇产品质量满足聚酯要求提出了看法。coal to ethylene glycol product quality has not been fully recognized by the polyester industry,the main reason is that the coal ethylene glycol unique impurities,although GB/T 4649-2018 increased coal ethylene glycol impurity detection project,but in the failure to clear what is the polyester quality of material,on the upstream and downstream industry still lack of"authoritative"guidance.In this paper,the correlation between impurities of ethylene glycol produced from coal and process conditions is analyzed,combined with the influence of ethylene glycol products on the quality of polyester,and the quality of ethylene glycol products meet the requirements of polyester.
