摘 要:以螺旋槽干气密封微气膜为研究对象,通过Solidworks软件建立三维微气膜流动模型,借助ANSYS-ICEM对三维流动气膜模型进行结构化网格划分,然后导入Fluent进行气膜流场计算,研究不同转速和压力对微气膜密封性能的影响,结果表明:在一定压力下,随着转速的增大,槽根聚集区动压效应凸显气膜开启力增强,此外高转速下产生的离心惯性效应使单位时间内流出微通道的气体量增多,即泄漏率增大。在一定转速下,随着螺旋槽入口压力的不断提升,气膜在微通道内具有的开启力增强,同时在高压差的推动下向外泄漏的气体量也随之增大。Taking the spiral groove dry gas seal micro-gas film as the research object,the three-dimensional micro-gas film flow model was established by Soldworks software,the three-dimensional flow gas film model was structured meshing with the help of ANSYS-ICEM,and then Fluent was imported to calculate the gas film flow field,and the influence of different rotation speeds and pressures on the sealing performance of the micro-gas film was studied.In addition,the centrifugal inertia effect generated at high rotational speed increases the amount of gas flowing out of the microchannel per unit time,i.e.,the leakage rate increases.At a certain speed,with the continuous increase of the inlet pressure of the spiral groove,the opening force of the gas film in the microchannel is enhanced,and the amount of gas leaked outward under the impetus of high pressure difference also increases.
