摘  要:厨余垃圾主要以生料为主,热水解-水力旋流制浆技术以先熟化再制浆的设计理念被应用于厨余垃圾预处理。以华中地区某厨余垃圾处理项目为例,对该处理工艺技术特点、设计参数经验及处理效果进行总结。该项目处理规模为200 t/d,占地30亩,总投资约2亿元,平均运行成本约147.8元/t,预处理残渣率低于30%,残渣含水率低于70%,厌氧产沼量达到70 m^(3)/t,油脂平均提取率为1.8%。研究发现,该技术针对厨余垃圾具有明显的减量化、资源化、无害化优势,具有借鉴参考价值。Kitchen waste is primarily composed of raw materials.The thermal hydrolysis-hydrocyclone pulping technology is applied to the pre-treatment of kitchen waste based on the design concept of first maturing and then pulping.Taking a kitchen waste treatment project in central China as an example.The project has a processing capacity of 200 t/d,covers an area of 30 acres,and a total investment of approximately 200 million yuan.The average operating cost is about 147.8 yuan/t,the pre-treatment residue rate is less than 30%,the anaerobic biogas production reaches 70 m^(3)/t,and the average oil extraction rate is about 1.8%.This technology offers significant advantages in terms of reduction,recycling,and harmlessness for kitchen waste,and holds valuable reference value.
