摘  要:针对油田二氧化碳驱井口注入管线流量计量误差大的问题,做了误差原因分析,总结了误差大的主要原因是二氧化碳密度变化大和脉动流的影响。采用计算机控制系统对差压流量计进行密度实时计算补偿,输出质量流量,与串联的科里奥利质量流量计做对比。在高压井场和中压井场做了现场试验分析,结果表明密度实时计算补偿和阻尼器的采用可以有效提高差压流量计的计量精度,可以满足油田二氧化碳驱工程注入管线流量计量的需要。According to the problem of large error in flow metering of CO_(2)injection pipeline at the wellhead of oil field,this paper analyzes the causes of error,and summarizes that the main causes of large error are the large change of carbon dioxide density and the impact of pulsating flow.The computer control system is used to calculate and compensate the density of the differential pressure flowmeter in real time,output the mass flow,and compare with the Coriolis mass flowmeter in series.Field tests and analysis have been carried out in high-pressure well pads and medium pressure well pads.The results show that the real-time density calculation compensation and the use of dampers can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of differential pressure flowmeters,and can meet the needs of flow measurement in injection pipelines of oil field carbon dioxide drive projects.
