摘 要:海洋油气平台在整个海洋石油工业中占据重要地位,是海洋油气采输的依托。由于海洋油气作业高风险、高收益的特点,在设计及建造阶段需要重点考虑平台上的消防系统。海洋平台上消防系统复杂多样,应针对海洋油气作业时的不同安全隐患布置相对应的消防系统,并确保从业人员知悉海洋平台上消防系统的种类、作用以及触发条件。本文从青岛建造场地建造的亚洲首座油气处理与岸电设备共建平台埕北CEPC组块出发,详细阐述了此平台的消防系统,并详细说明其系统组成、工作原理及触发方式,对海洋油气从业人员具有借鉴意义。Offshore oil and gas platforms occupy an important position in the entire offshore petroleum industry and are the basis for offshore oil and gas extraction and transportation.Due to the high-risk and high-yield characteristics of offshore oil and gas operations,the fire-fighting system on the platform needs to be considered in the design and construction stage.As the fire protection systems on offshore platforms are complicated and diverse,the corresponding fire protection systems should be arranged according to the different safety hazards during offshore oil and gas operations,and the practitioners should be aware of the types,functions and trigger conditions of the fire protection systems on offshore platforms.Starting from the Chengbei CEPC block,Asia's first co-built platform for oil and gas processing and onshore power equipment constructed in Qingdao construction site,this paper elaborates on the fire protection system of this platform,and explains in detail its system composition,working principle and triggering mode,which is of reference significance for offshore oil and gas practitioners.
