皮革生产企业废水综合治理设计分析

摘　　要：皮革生产企业废水主要包括生产过程产生的废水及沼液废水。本文首先总结了皮革生产企业废水的特点及来源,并进一步概述了皮革生产企业废水综合治理的方法及适用范围,最后以一家实际皮革生产企业的废水综合治理为案例进行设计分析,依据其进水水质,分析其废水综合治理工艺的选择,并详细介绍其废水处理构筑物设计参数,期望为日后皮革生产企业废水的综合治理提供参考。The wastewater of leather production enterprises mainly includes the wastewater produced in the production process and the biogas slurry wastewater.This paper first summarized the characteristics and sources of wastewater of leather production enterprises,and further outlined the comprehensive treatment methods and applicable scope of wastewater of leather production enterprises.Finally,the comprehensive treatment of wastewater of an actual leather production enterprise was designed and analyzed as a case,and the selection of comprehensive treatment process of wastewater was analyzed according to its inlet water quality.The design parameters of the wastewater treatment structure are introduced in detail,which is expected to provide reference for the comprehensive treatment of wastewater in leather production enterprises in the future.
