摘  要:核电消防是核安全的重要组成部分,加强消防技术研究对于提升核安全消防水平至关重要。安全壳内操作平台是核电厂火灾风险评价的重要内容之一。本文首先选取火灾场景内的可燃物核级电缆为研究对象,然后对核级电缆分别进行了燃烧试验以及热重试验,得到相关热参数,为电缆火灾发展蔓延模型的建立提供较为准确的数据支持,并将试验得到的核级电缆材料数据与民用PVC电缆进行对比,对核级电缆的火灾危险性进行了具体的分析。研究表明,加热速率、加热气氛对电缆的热分解影响较大,对于材料在高温下的火灾发生发展具有很好的预测价值。Nuclear power fire protection is an important component of nuclear safety.It is very important to strengthen the study on fire protection technology to improve the level of fire protection in nuclear power plant.Inner containment operating platform is one of the important contents of fire risk assessment in nuclear power plant.This paper selected the fire scenario within the nuclear class cable as the case of study,and then the combustion test and the thermogravimetric test was carried out respectively for the nuclear class cable,relevant thermal parameters were got,more accurate data support were provided to the cable fire spread model.By comparing the material data of the nuclear class cable with that of the civil PVC cable,the fire hazard of nuclear cable is analyzed in detail.The study shows that the influence of different heating rates and heating atmosphere on the thermal decomposition behavior of cable materials is more meaningful,which is helpful to understand whether the material will have combustion process at high temperature and whether it will have fire spread.
