摘 要:针对核电厂缺少火灾事故规程(FAIOp)与其相关运行技术文件接口的系统性设计方法,使得核电厂运行阶段安全防火分区设计理念在与FAIOp相关的运行技术文件中贯彻得不彻底的问题,提出核电厂火灾事故规程接口设计方法。将该方法应用于某电厂指定区域的火灾,可顺利调用相关运行技术文件,从而保证该区域在发生被FAIOp覆盖的火灾需执行FAIOp时电厂的安全运行。本文的研究方法可推广至采用安全防火分区设计的任何堆型的核电厂。In view of the lack of a systematic design method for the interface between Fire Action Operator Sheets(FAIOp)and theirs related operation technical documents in nuclear power plant,which makes the design concept of safety and fire compartment in the operation stage of nuclear power plant not fully implemented in the operation technical documents related to FAIOp.This paper puts forward a design method for the interface of the fire accident procedures in the nuclear power plant.By applying this method to a fire in a designated area of a power plant,the relevant operation technical documents can be assessed smoothly,so as to ensure the safe operation of the power plant when the fire covered by the FAIOp needs to be carried out.The research method in this paper can be extended to any nuclear power plant with fire compartment design.
