高温高湿条件环己烷泄漏率法可行性研究

摘  要:核设施通常采用碘吸附器净化放射性气态碘,环己烷泄漏率法可用于测试碘吸附器的泄漏率,但是高温、高湿的气流条件会造成环己烷气体在活性炭中过早解吸,可能导致无法辨别机械泄漏与解吸穿透,使得泄漏率试验失效。本试验采用环己烷气体动态解吸法测定了在气流温度为75℃、80℃、85℃,气流相对湿度为85%、90%、95%条件下,环己烷气体在与碘吸附器炭层等厚的活性炭试验床中的解吸穿透时间。结果表明,随着气流温度与湿度的上升,环己烷气体在活性炭床中的停留时段缩短,在最高试验温度(85℃)及试验气体相对湿度(95%)条件下,环己烷气体从活性炭床中的解吸穿透时间远大于工程实践中机械泄漏的判定时间。通过开展机械泄漏模拟试验,在试验炭床上分别设置多孔径泄漏点,测试了高温、高湿试验对应的气流条件下活性炭床的泄漏率。结果表明,高温高湿条件下,环己烷泄漏率法测试机械泄漏的灵敏度高,响应性好,具备用于碘吸附器的泄漏率测试的可行性。In nuclear facilities,iodine absorbers are usually used to purify radioactive gaseous iodine.The cyclohexane leakage rate method can be used to test the leakage rate of iodine absorbers.However,when the gas flow is under high temperature and high humidity,the cyclohexane gas will desorb from activated carbon prematurely,which may result in inability to distinguish the mechanical leakage and desorption penetration,making the leakage rate test invalid.The dynamic desorption method of the cyclohexane gas was used in the experiment.The desorption breakthrough time of the cyclohexane gas from the activated carbon test bed with the same thickness as the carbon layer of the iodine absorber was measured under the conditions of gas flow temperatures of 75℃,80℃and 85℃and gas flow relative humidities of 85RH%,90RH%and 95RH%.The results show that with the increase of the air temperature and humidity,the residence time of the cyclohexane gas in the activated carbon bed shortens.Under the conditions of the maximum test temperature(85℃)and the test humidity(95RH%),the desorption and penetration time of the cyclohexane gas from the activated carbon bed is much longer than the judgment time of mechanical leakage in engineering practice.Through the mechanical leakage simulation test,multi-aperture leakage points were set on the test carbon bed,and the leakage rate of the activated carbon bed under the conditions of high temperature and high humidity was tested.The results show that the cyclohexane leakage rate method has high sensitivity and good response to the mechanical leakage under the conditions of high temperature and humidity,and it is feasible to test the leakage rate of the iodine absorber.
