摘  要:在国内中小城市郊区的道路信号交叉口,由于缺少相关人员监管,非机动车闯红灯现象频发,严重影响了道路交通安全。为此,根据中小城市郊区道路信号交叉口交通设施设备的实际情况,提出一种简单、快捷和高效的非机动车闯红灯提示系统。系统采用毫米波雷达对非机动车进行探测;提出设置禁止站立区,将风险前置,实现对非机动车闯红灯行为的预判;提出使用提示信号灯,将非机动车闯红灯行为告知机动车驾驶员,帮助机动车驾驶员提前发现路口状况。研究结果表明:所设计的非机动车闯红灯提示系统运行正常,能够帮助机动车驾驶员提前发现道路信号交叉口的突发状况,减少了机动车与非机动车发生碰撞的概率,有效地提高了道路交通安全并为相关部门进一步改善交通设施提供了一定的参考。At road signal intersections in the small and medium-sized urban suburbs in China,due to the lack of relevant personnel supervision,the phenomenon of non-motorized vehicles running red lights is frequent,which seriously affects road traffic safety.For this reason,according to the actual situation of traffic facilities and equipment at road signal intersections in the small and medium-sized urban suburbs,a simple,fast and efficient non-motorized vehicle red light prompting system is proposed.The system uses millimeter-wave radar to detect non-motorized vehicles;proposes to set up a no-standing zone to front-load the risk and realize the prejudgment of non-motorized vehicle red-light violation;proposes to use prompting signals to inform motorized vehicle drivers of non-motorized vehicle red-light violation,and to help motorized vehicle drivers find out the condition of the intersection in advance.The results of the study show that the designed non-motorized vehicle red light prompting system operates normally,can help motorists to find out the unexpected situation of the road signal intersection in advance,reduce the probability of collision between motor vehicles and non-motorized vehicles,and effectively improve the road traffic safety and provide a certain reference for the relevant departments to further improve the traffic facilities.
