摘  要:济川煎出自《景岳全书》,为国家中医药管理局公布的首批百首经典名方之一,方由当归、牛膝、肉苁蓉、泽泻、升麻、枳壳组成,用治肾虚精亏、开阖失司所致肾虚便秘。现代药理学研究发现该方具有调节胃肠神经递质、改善肠道菌群等作用,临床多用于功能性便秘、各种术后便秘等。该文总结了近年来济川煎及其单味药的化学成分与药理作用研究进展,并基于中药质量标志物(Q-Marker)“五原则”对济川煎的质量标志物进行预测,提示黄酮类化合物(柚皮苷、新橙皮苷、川陈皮素、柚皮素、槲皮素)、甾体类化合物(β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇、β-蜕皮甾酮)、苯乙醇苷类化合物(松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷)、有机酸(阿魏酸、异阿魏酸)、苯酞类化合物(藁本内酯)以及三萜类化合物(23-乙酰泽泻醇B)可作为济川煎的质量标志物。该研究以期为经典名方济川煎的药效物质基础及质量控制标准研究提供依据。Jichuan Decoction(济川煎)is derived from the Jingyue Quanshu and is one of the first hundred classical prescriptions published by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It is composed of Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Chuanniuxi(Cyathulae Radix),Roucongrong(Cistanches Herba),Zexie(Alismatis Rhizoma),Shengma(Cimicifugae Rhizoma),Zhiqiao(Aurantii Fructus Immaturus).It is used to treat kidney deficiency and essence deficiency,and constipation caused by opened-closed disorder.Modern pharmacological studies have found that this recipe has the effects of regulating gastrointestinal neurotransmitters and improving intestinal flora.It is widely used in clinical practice for functional constipation and various postoperative constipation.In this paper,the research progress on the chemical composition and pharmacological action of the whole decoction and single drug of Jichuan Decoction in recent years was summarized.This study predicted the quality markers of Jichuan Decoction based on the“five principles”of traditional Chinese medicine quality marker(Q-Marker).The results showed that flavonoids(naringin,nehesperidin,nobiletin,naringenin,quercetin),steroids(β-sitosterol,stigmasterol,β-ecdysterone),phenylethanosides(echinoside,verbascoside),organic acids(ferulic acid,isoferulic acid),phthalides(ligustilide)and triterpenoids(23-acetylaracitol B)could be used for quality markers of Jichuan Decoction.In the future,this study will provide ideas and basis for the study of the pharmacological material basis and quality control standard of this classic prescription.
