瞿麦的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：中药瞿麦为石竹科植物瞿麦或石竹的干燥地上部分。瞿麦在利水渗湿药中具有重要的地位,有利尿通淋、活血通经的作用。瞿麦的化学成分十分丰富,包括皂苷类、黄酮类、环肽类、挥发油、蒽醌类等。现代药理学研究发现,瞿麦具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗炎、抗菌、兴奋子宫等药理活性。瞿麦临床主要被用于肾系疾病、泌尿系疾病、妇科疾病、男科疾病等。根据整理的近年文献,对瞿麦的化学成分、药理活性和临床应用的研究情况进行总结和综述,以期对中药瞿麦的深入研究和临床应用提供参考。The traditional Chinese medicine Qumai(Dianthi Herba)is prepared from the dry aerial part of Dianthus superbus L.or Dianthus chinesis L..The efficacy of Qumai(Dianthi Herba)in inducing diuresis and relieving stranguria,as well as stimulating blood to induce menstruation,renders it a vital component of diuresis-inducing and dampness-draining drugs.It is composed of various chemical constituents,such as saponins,flavonoids,cyclic peptides,volatile oils,andanthraquinones.Pharmacological research in the present day has revealed that Qumai(Dianthi Herba)can have a plethora of pharmacological effects,including anti-tumor,antioxidant,antiviral,anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,uterus excitation,etc.Clinical application of Qumai(Dianthi Herba)is mainly used to treat urinary system disease,nephrotic diseases,gynecological diseases,male diseases,etc.In recent years,we have conducted a review of the research progress on chemical constituents,pharmacology,and clinical application of Qumai(Dianthi Herba)to serve as a reference for its related scientific research.
