自体脂肪面部填充联合小切口面部除皱术在面部年轻化手术中的应用效果及对面部定量指标、美学评分的影响

摘　　要：目的分析自体脂肪面部填充联合小切口面部除皱术在面部年轻化手术中的应用效果及对面部定量指标、美学评分的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月我院接收的136例面部年轻化手术患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各68例。对照组采用小切口面部除皱术,观察组采用自体脂肪面部填充联合小切口面部除皱术。比较两组的手术效果。结果观察组的治疗优良率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组的瞳孔点至鼻唇沟与瞳孔垂线交点距离、ABC弧度及双侧颧点间距比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,观察组的瞳孔点至鼻唇沟与瞳孔垂线交点距离短于对照组,ABC弧度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组的主观与客观美学评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,观察组的主观与客观美学评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体脂肪面部填充联合小切口面部除皱术应用于面部年轻化手术中可提高手术效果,改善患者面部定量指标和美学评分,也能提升其满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of autologous fat facial filling combined with small incision facial rhytidectomy in facial rejuvenation surgery and its influences on facial quantitative indexes and aesthetic scores.Methods A total of 136 patients with facial rejuvenation surgery received in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was treated with small incision facial rhytidectomy,and the observation group was treated with autologous fat facial filling combined with small incision facial rhytidectomy.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there were no significant differences in the distance from pupil point to the intersection of nasolabial sulcus and pupil vertical line,ABC radian and bilateral zygomatic point spacing between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation,the distance from the pupil point to the intersection of the nasolabial sulcus and pupil vertical line in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the ABC radian was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there were no significant differences in subjective and objective aesthetic scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation,the subjective and objective aesthetic scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The autologous fat facial filling combined with small incision facial rhytidectomy applied in facial rejuvenation surgery can enhance the surgical effect,improve facial
