大秦艽汤联合针刺治疗急性周围性面瘫的效果及对面神经肌电图的影响

摘　　要：目的分析大秦艽汤联合针刺治疗急性周围性面瘫的效果及对面神经肌电图的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2022年10月收治的86例急性周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为常规组(43例,常规治疗)和观察组(43例,常规治疗+大秦艽汤联合针刺治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果、中医证候积分、各项功能评分及面神经肌电图指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的中医证候积分、面瘫后遗症评分均显著低于常规组,面部运动、面神经功能评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组眼轮匝肌、口轮匝肌、鼻肌处的神经电图潜伏期显著短于常规组,眼轮匝肌、口轮匝肌、鼻肌处的患健侧波幅比显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论大秦艽汤联合针刺治疗急性周围性面瘫可取得理想疗效,且可调节面部神经肌电图指标。Objective To analyze the effect of Daqinjiao decoction combined with acupuncture on acute peripheral facial paralysis and its influence on facial nerve electromyography.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis admitted from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into routine group(43 cases,routine treatment)and observation group(43 cases,routine treatment+Daqinjiao decoction combined with acupuncture).The therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome scores,functional scores and facial nerve electromyography indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and sequelae of facial paralysis in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,and the scores of facial movement and facial nerve function were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the latency of electroneurography at orbicularis oculi muscle,orbicularis oris muscle and nasal muscle in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the routine group,and the amplitude ratio of the affected and healthy sides at orbicularis oculi muscle,orbicularis oris muscle and nasal muscle were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Daqinjiao decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis can achieve ideal curative effect,and can adjust the facial nerve electromyography indexes.
