半夏厚朴汤治疗反流性食管炎的效果及对胃肠动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的探究半夏厚朴汤治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的效果及对胃肠动力学的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月收治的40例RE患者为研究对象,以入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和研究组,各20例。对照组接受奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用半夏厚朴汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的生长抑素(SS)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平低于对照组,P物质(SP)、胃动素(MTL)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的胃排空时间短于对照组,胃排空率、肠排空率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)水平低于对照组,前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏厚朴汤用于治疗RE能调节胃肠激素水平及胃肠动力学,减轻炎症反应,疗效确切。Objective To explore the effect of Banxia Houpu decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE)and its influence on gastrointestinal motility.Methods A total of 40 RE patients admitted from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and study group according to the order of admission,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets,and the study group was treated with Banxia Houpu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of somatostatin(SS)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of substance P(SP)and motilin(MTL)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The gastric emptying time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the gastric emptying rate and intestinal emptying rate were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of prostaglandin E2(PGE2)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Houpu decoction in the treatment of RE can regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and gastrointestinal motility,reduce the inflammatory response,and has a definite curative effect.
