摘　　要：目的探究心理弹性训练结合分层健康教育对瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇心理健康状态及分娩结局的影响。方法选择2021年3月至2022年12月我院收治的100例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组护理干预基础上加施心理弹性训练结合分层健康教育。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的自然分娩率高于对照组,不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的健康认知、健康信念及健康行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理弹性训练结合分层健康教育用于瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇护理中,不仅可改善心理健康状态,提升健康知信行水平,还能改善分娩方式及妊娠结局。Objective To explore the effects of psychological resilience training combined with stratified health education on mental health status and delivery outcome of pregnant women with scar uterus re-pregnancy.Methods From March 2021 to December 2022,100 pregnant women with scar uterus who were re-pregnant admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The pregnant women were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological resilience training combined with stratified health education on the basis of nursing intervention in the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of health cognition,health belief and health behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological resilience training combined with stratified health education applied in the nursing of pregnant women with scar uterus re-pregnancy can not only improve the mental health status,enhance the level of health cognition,belief and behavior,but also improve the delivery mode and pregnancy outcome.
