摘　　要：目的探究基于多媒体视频的健康教育结合护患双向反馈护理模式对白血病经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)患者导管管理能力的影响。方法选择我院2020年1月至2022年1月收治的107例白血病PICC置管患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(52例)和观察组(55例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于多媒体视频的健康教育结合护患双向反馈护理模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的日常导管观察、导管异常情况处理评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的PICC相关并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的舒适状况量表(GCQ)各维度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于多媒体视频的健康教育结合护患双向反馈护理模式用于白血病PICC置管患者护理中,可提高其导管管理能力,降低PICC相关并发症发生率,增强其临床舒适度,值得推广。Objective To explore the influence of health education based on multimedia video combined with nurse-patient two-way feedback nursing mode on the catheter management ability of leukemia patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization.Methods A total of 107 leukemia patients with PICC catheterization admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(52 cases)and observation group(55 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received health education based on multimedia video combined with nurse-patient two-way feedback nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of daily catheter observation and catheter abnormality treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of PICC-related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education based on multimedia video combined with nurse-patient two-way feedback nursing mode in the nursing of leukemia patients with PICC catheterization can increase the catheter management ability,reduce the incidence of PICC-related complications,and increase clinical comfort,which is worth promoting.
