山东沿海地区某高校中青年教职工高血压前期患病情况及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析山东沿海地区某高校中青年教职工高血压前期患病情况及危险因素,为开展高校中青年教职工高血压的一级预防工作提供依据。方法:对山东沿海地区某高校2021年参加体检的中青年(18~59岁)教职工的体检资料进行统计分析。结果:中青年教职工高血压前期患病率为41.2%,男性中青年教职工高血压前期患病率高于女性(χ^(2)=52.7,P<0.01);高血压前期组合并超重和肥胖、空腹血糖(FPG)升高、血脂异常、高尿酸血症的检出率均高于正常血压组,低于高血压组(P<0.01);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,男性、超重和肥胖、FPG升高、高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇是高血压前期患病的危险因素。结论:应针对中青年教职工高血压前期患病情况及危险因素加强早期识别和干预。Objective To analyze the prevalence and risk factors of prehypertension among young and middle-aged faculty of a university in Shandong coastal area,and to provide a basis for primary prevention of hypertension among young and middle-aged faculty members in universities.Methods The physical examination data of young and middle-aged(18-59 years old)faculty who participated in the physical examination in a university in Shandong coastal area in 2021 were statistically analyzed.Results The prevalence of prehypertension among young and middle-aged faculty was 41.2%,and the prevalence in man was higher than that in woman(χ^(2)=52.7,P<0.01).The detection rates of overweight and obesity,impaired fasting glucose,dyslipidemia and hyperuricemia in the prehypertension group were higher than those in the normal blood pressure group and lower than those in the hypertension group(P<0.01).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that male,overweight and obesity,elevated fasting blood glucose and high LDL-C were risk factors for prehypertension.Conclusions Early identification and intervention should be strengthened for the prevalence and risk factors of prehypertension in young and middle-aged faculty.
