摘　　要：严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2型又称新型冠状病毒,是β冠状病毒家族中一类有包膜的RNA病毒。新生儿免疫系统发育相对不完善,是新型冠状病毒感染的特殊人群,然而目前国内外有关新生儿新型冠状病毒感染的研究报道较少。基于此,本文梳理了国内外新生儿新型冠状病毒感染的相关研究,从发病机制、流行病学特征、临床表现、辅助检查、预防和治疗、预后方面进行综述,以期为新生儿新型冠状病毒感染的诊治提供科学依据。Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,also known as coronavirus disease 2019,is a class of enveloped RNA viruses in theβ-coronavirus family.The immune system development of neonates is relatively imperfect,which is a special group of people infected with coronavirus disease 2019.However,there are fewer research reports on coronavirus disease 2019 in neonates,and there are still many issues that need to be further clarified.Based on this,the author combed the relevant studies of neonatal coronavirus disease 2019 in China and abroad,and summarized its pathogenesis,epidemiological characteristics,clinical manifestations,auxiliary examination,prevention and treatment,and prognosis,in order to provide scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal coronavirus disease 2019.
